Directly from you when you interact with us in some way

Registration

In registering for any services on the Site or the App, you provide, and we, in turn, collect the following information about you: your store owner’s name, email address, phone number, timezone, your Shopify store URL.

Correspondence

When you contact our customer support team or any employee of Two Owls, we may collect your communications with us, including your inquiries, screenshots and any contents you send over to us.

If you give us your personal email address or phone number for extended support purposes, we will collect those as well.

Making a purchase

When you install our App from the Shopify App Store and approve the billing, we will collect your Shopify account information, billing date, email address, phone number, timezone, country for the Service to operate properly for you.

Please note we Shopify processes payments on our behalf and we do not process payment directly through our App or Site.

Authentication

In order for the App’s functionality to work properly, we may ask for your Facebook’s personal account information and Pixel’s access token so we will be allowed to send events to your destination (“Facebook Pixel ID”). This information is strictly confidential for the authentication process and is not shared with any third party.

Data we automatically collect when you visit our App or Site

Device Information

As is functional for most services, we and our third-party providers may automatically collect Device Information, which includes your browsing actions and site usage when you interact with our App or Site. The Personal Data collected regarding this may include: Log data (IP address, browser type, browser ID, referring domain, URL entered, operating system, date/time of visit, time spent on page), analytics data (path taken, visited pages, usage and activity) and location data.

Cookies information

Like many websites, we also use “cookie” technology to collect website usage data and to improve the Site and our Service. Social Media Platforms: When you engage with our contents and accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, we may receive information about you, depending on your privacy’s settings with the social network. 

Business Partners: When you interact with us or try to interact with us through the service of our business partners, we may request information about you to better serve you with our services. E.g. We need to work with our page builder or theme partner to ensure the Service functions well, if some issues are reported. In that case, we need to ask for your account information from our partners.

Service Providers: Our service providers that perform services solely on our behalf, such as email marketing providers, collect your email opens and clicks so we can better tailor our message to your needs.
